Which health funds do you accept?

We accept all major Australian health funds, including Bupa, Medibank, HCF, nib, AHM and HBF. If your fund isn't listed here, it's almost certainly still claimable through HICAPS — call us on +61 493 128 000 to confirm.

How much will my rebate be?

Rebates depend on your fund and your level of extras cover, so they vary from person to person. Your fund can tell you your exact chiropractic benefit — or bring your card to your first visit and the HICAPS terminal will show your rebate before you pay.

Do I need extras cover to see a chiropractor?

No. You can see us without any health insurance — you simply pay the standard consultation fee. Extras cover just means part of the fee comes back to you as a rebate.

What are your consultation fees?

An initial consultation is $105, standard consultations are $83 and patients aged 18 and under are $70. Eligible patients claim their health fund rebate on the spot and pay only the gap.

Do you accept HICAPS?

Yes. We have a HICAPS terminal at the clinic, so claims from all participating health funds are processed instantly at the time of payment.
